Invercassley Cottage is the perfect Highland hideaway, just 8 miles from Lairg, in the rural village of Rosehall. Our annex suite is completely separate from our accommodation and provides a private home from home for those looking to get away from it all. It is available to book for the exclusive use of a group of family or friends on a B & B or self catering basis. The accommodation offers its own entrance and facilities include a kitchenette/ dining area, lounge, 2 en-suite double bedroom, family bathroom and a small courtyard garden with a private seating area there and in the main beautiful garden.
The main rooms offer glorious views across the garden to the river and its floodplain and the hills beyond. For B & B guests breakfast will be provided in the dining area every morning, and we pride ourselves on our wide breakfast choice including pancakes, using homemade and locally sourced produce, fruit from our garden and eggs from our chickens. What could be nicer?
If self catering we offer the option to pre- order a breakfast pack to cook your own breakfast and a selection of homecooked meals that can be left fresh or frozen in the fridge freezer in the kitchen for your stay.
If you are touring, we are centrally located within the NC500 route, making all three coastlines accessible by daily car tours. During your stay why not enjoy a coffee or lunch in our village tearooms or enjoy an evening meal at our local hotel just a 10 minute walk away. Come and unwind and watch the birds and wildlife in our garden with the binoculars we provide, enjoy one of the many local walks or pay a visit to the Cassley Falls and watch the salmon leap. Visit Glen Cassley, where an abundance of wildlife can be found or maybe relax in our guest lounge to enjoy a book or DVD, or use our maps and guidebooks to plan the rest of your trip.
If you want to truly get away from it all Sutherland is one of the least densely populated areas of Northern Europe, and we would love to welcome you to our Highland home to share this special place.

Invercassley Annex Suite is separate from owners house. The suite offers perfect accommodation for couples wishing to stay a little longer, with plenty of space and facilities to enjoy their holiday and the added benefit of breakfast provided every day.
