Prices for two or four guests: ( Please note a two night minimum stay applies to all bookings in the suite)
From £ 125.00 (1- 2 guests using one bedroom) per night for stays in April and September.
From £ 135.00 (1- 2 guests using one bedroom) per night for stays in May, June, July and August.
The room price is for shared use of all the facilities in our B & B suite and a full breakfast service every morning for £10pp.
Self Catering Suite

£120 per night for up to two guests ( based on 2 guests sharing a bedroom).
£190 per night for a maximum of up to 4 guests ( use of both bedrooms).

Stoats Tail En-suite Bedroom
A large and spacious room with double aspect windows overlooking the gardens towards the river and hills beyond. King size bed with feather down duvet. (hypoallergic alternatives are available) wardrobe and chest of drawers. En-suite with toilet, hand basin, shower and complimentary toiletries. FreeSat flat screen TV with built in DVD player. Hand wash basin and electric shaver point. Hairdryer. Underfloor heating. Tea/Coffee making facilities with home made biscuits and a bottle of filtered water.
Willie Gunn En-Suite Bedroom
A large and spacious room with a window overlooking the gardens and bird feeders. Double bed with feather down duvet. (hypoallergic alternatives are available) wardrobe and chest of drawers. En-suite with toilet, hand basin, shower and complimentary toiletries. FreeSat flat screen TV with built in DVD player. Hairdryer. Underfloor heating. Tea/Coffee making facilities with home made biscuits and a bottle of filtered water.
Lounge
Our cosy upstairs lounge is the perfect place to relax after a days exploring . With two comfy sofa’s , a FreeSat TV and DVD player and a wide selection of DVDS. Here you will also find a large selection books ( fiction/ non fiction) guide and reference books, tourism leaflets and maps . Perfect for planning your next days adventure. For our more musical guest there is even a guitar to strum away on.
Family bathroom
A large bathroom with a full bath and separate shower and complimentary toiletries.
Wi-Fi
There is free fast broadband available throughout the suite.
Entrance room
Here there is also a kitchen/dining area featuring a sink, fridge/freezer (milk will be provided during your stay), microwave, toaster and an oven perfect for preparing a snack or re -heating takeaways or convenience food. Crockery, glasses, cutlery and kitchen items are also provided.
The suite is heated by underfloor heating with an additional radiator in the lounge area.
Outside area
There is a small Mediterranean style courtyard outside the entrance door with a bench that is perfect to sit and enjoy a morning coffee. In a private part of the main garden there is a table and chairs to sit. Enjoy the spectacular views and peace and quiet of our rural location.
The suite is adjacent to, but totally separate from the owners accommodation , however if you should need us there is a bell that you can ring and we can come and help.
